| Telling
bedtime stories is a comforting ritual. Our Once Upon a Time quilt provides
the opportunity for parents and children to share in the creation of imaginative
stories.
By
traveling down different paths, images of animals, play and home take the
story in unpredictable directions creating a different adventure every
night. The images will vary from quilt to quilt.
One
story might begin “Once upon a time there was a blue elephant named Ellie
and a purple Monkey named Mimi who went looking for their friend Sally
Spider. Sally was tired from weaving her web all day and said “Let’s go
to the beach!” Grabbing their sunglasses, Ellie, Mimi and Sally skipped
all the way to the ocean. As they were swimming in the water they saw their
friend Freddy the Frog…”
Sizes
are approximate. Colors and fabrics may vary, swatches are available for
a $50 charge.
